花博創業園區生變 柯P：管爺走了整個轉彎

原訂選址花博公園的「創新創業園區」21日傳出生變，國發會宣布將另覓地點。對此，台北市長柯文哲下午受訪時坦言，國發會首長換人後，雙方都不是很積極，「管爺走了後，好像整個都轉彎了。」
國發會與北市府合作打造「創新創業園區」，經前主委管中閔與台北市長柯文哲親自商談後，敲定落腳於北市花博公園。然而現任國發會主委杜紫軍稍早在臉書宣布，該地點是供短期臨時使用的建築，故雙方同意另外尋覓地點。杜紫軍還強調，這並不會使國發會推動創新創業的決心打折扣。
對此，柯文哲下午出席暑期市政體驗營活動，會後受訪表示，台灣政治官不聊生，每次換首長，政策又轉彎。他強調，自己已跟管中閔講好沒問題，但是換首長後，雙方都不是很積極，自己有交待產發局再去與國發會討論。
媒體追問市府是否認為生變原因在國發會？柯文哲表示，市府也要檢討，但態度是國發會有需要，市府一定幫忙，有問題雙方還要再溝通。他也感嘆，「管爺走了後，好像整個都轉彎了。」
另外，產發局也補充，北市府與國發會共同合作推動「創業拔萃方案」，建置「國際創新創業園區」，初期選址於花博公園會館，並定名為「台灣新創競技場」(TSS)。然而，國發會目前考量，若僅於花博公園會館作短期臨時使用，未符合其經費有效運用原則，因此已評估另覓場地或降低成本的各項可行方案。
產發局強調，市府與國發會推動建置國際創新創業園區期間，已建立良好互信及互動，所以也積極協助國發會於台北市其他適合場地，建置創新創業園區。
